Nice option for some lighter fare. My Olivia's Old South croissant could've used more diced eggs & spices, but that's just my preference. The garlicy side pickle & crumbly cookie were a nice addition. I saved my side of grape salad for dessert, it was pleasantly sweet & lightly topped w/ walnuts. Hope to return w/ family to try other recipes. The manager on duty was very personable & diligent. Great addition to Westminster, MD

We literally drove down from Pennsylvania just to try this so it was about an hour and 20 minute drive. And it was worth it. Everything was so good and the customer service was awesome. I wish we had one closer so I could go more often because it’s like the perfect summer lunch.

We were lucky enough to be able to visit The Chicken Salad Chick for lunch before the grand opening. The service was excellent. The menu has something for everyone. My son and I had the Buffalo Chicken Salad melt, my wife had the Fruity Fran and my daughter had the turkey club. We all enjoyed our meals and we’ll definitely be going back to try some other options. Welcome to Westminster!

Atmosphere is lovely. Staff was very polite and patient even with the place being quite busy. Mac and cheese was fine but nothing to write home about really. Light on cheese flavor but soft and creamy. Sandwich is nice with fresh greens. Got the Buffalo Barclay. Mild touch of heat is nice.

The night of Valentines Day, the atmosphere was great. Very kind, patient staff and delicious food. I ordered the Fancy Nancy Chicken Melt with a side of loaded potato soup. Had a slight hesitation with getting bacon bits in the soup considering some place’s bacon bits are pretty much fat bits, but that was not the case. The soup was amazing. Will definitely be returning. Thank you for a great experience! <3

I only got to try the classic chicken salad with bacon on a croissant. It was okay... That's it just okay, nothing mind blowing. I'm not big on chicken salad type things though so I don't get why you'd need a whole restaurant dedicated to it, but some people love it. Oh and the mac and cheese was absolutely terrible, mushy and chalky, a nope for me, hopefully it was just a bad batch. Cookie was yummy.

I made a special trip to come here after watching a YouTube review and I’m so glad that I did. I love the atmosphere of the restaurant, it’s clean, and the workers have good attitudes and are helpful. The original chicken salad is so good along with the Mac and cheese plus the grape salad. Wow! It’s the first time I’ve ever had grape salad and I loved it. I’m taking some of the cakes to go. I wish I lived closer but I’m grateful that I was able to experience this gem of a place.
